Job summary

A leading aquatic center in Dubai is seeking a skilled Swimming Teacher who is passionate about swimming and loves teaching learners of all ages. The ideal candidate will create engaging lesson plans, employ innovative teaching techniques, and maintain a fun and safe learning environment. With a minimum of two years' experience and relevant Swim England qualifications, you will help swimmers of varying abilities progress and develop confidence in the water along with adhering to high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ swimming teaching experience.
• Experience working within a curriculum‑based environment.
• Valid driving licence (subject to UAE licence conversion).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality swimming lessons in line with Hamilton Aquatics’ teaching philosophy.
• Adapt lessons to meet different ages and abilities, ensuring consistent learner progress.
• Ensure full compliance with child protection, safeguarding, and pool safety procedures.
