Job summary

The Emirates Group is seeking an IT PMO - Portfolio Lead to drive modern PMO practices at its Dubai hub. You will lead lean budgeting, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and transform PMO processes to deliver strategic outcomes.

You will define frameworks, ensure timely reporting, manage budgets and resources, and coach teams across PMO and Product Delivery heads, leveraging Planview and JIRA for real-time dashboards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology required.
• 5+ years in portfolio/programme PMO supporting CMMi and SAFe/lean delivery.
• Experience with Lean Budgeting and portfolio governance.

Responsibilities

• Build a Lean PMO by aligning with managers and executives.
• Partner with PMO and Product Delivery heads to ensure strategy delivery.
• Develop and implement PMO methodology for schedule, budget and resources.
• Contribute to defining processes, templates, and tooling configuration.
• Provide data-driven reporting on investment performance and risks.
