Job summary

The Emirates Group in Dubai seeks an IT PMO - Portfolio Lead to design and implement PMO practices across IT portfolios and programmes. You will report on performance, drive lean budgeting, and provide data-driven insights for senior management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of portfolio/programme management office experience.
• Experience supporting CMMi and SAFe lean delivery models.
• Strong communication skills in English and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of budgeting and finance processes within PMO.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT PMO support for portfolios and large programmes.
• Develop and maintain portfolio schedule, resources, budget and metrics.
• drive Lean budgeting principles and governance.
• deliver data-driven reports for senior management.
• champion process improvement and governance across the portfolio.
