Job summary

Talents Tide in Dubai seeks a Principal Visitor Experience Specialist (Emirati) to elevate the visitor journey across public parks and recreational facilities. You will shape strategies, standards, and programs that engage families and diverse audiences.

You will analyze feedback, drive KPIs, and collaborate with teams to deliver memorable experiences, showing leadership in hospitality and entertainment settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business-, hospitality-, tourism-, marketing-, or guest experience-related field.
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience in visitor or customer experience roles.
• Proven track record in designing and improving customer/visitor journeys.
• Experience developing engagement, activation, or attraction programs.
• Strong understanding of customer satisfaction measurement and experience KPIs.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in large-scale public, leisure, hospitality, entertainment, or recreational environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance visitor experience strategies across public parks and recreational facilities.
• Design and improve the end-to-end visitor journey, identifying opportunities to enhance satisfaction and engagement.
• Establish and maintain visitor experience standards and service guidelines.
• Develop and support engaging activation, attraction, and recreational programs.
• Identify innovative ideas to improve visitor engagement and overall experience.
• Analyze visitor feedback, satisfaction surveys, and experience data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop initiatives focused on families, guests, and diverse visitor segments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality visitor experiences.
• Monitor visitor experience KPIs and prepare reports and recommendations for management.
• Benchmark international best practices in customer experience, hospitality, leisure, entertainment, and recreational facilities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across parks and recreational destinations.
