Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of railway construction experience, including trackwork.
• Experience as Track Construction Manager or senior track leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Railway Engineering; master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead trackwork construction across ~150 km of high-speed alignment.
• Directly manage ~20 site supervisors, section managers and trackwork engineers.
• Ensure compliance with Method Statements, ITPs, drawings and technical specs.
• Plan and coordinate works with milestones, interfaces and critical path.
• Monitor productivity, progress and quality of track construction activities; implement corrective actions.
• Promote safety, quality and continuous improvement across the project.
