Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA seeks a senior Trackwork Construction Manager to lead track construction for a major UAE rail project. You will manage 150 km of high-speed alignment, overseeing ballasted and slab track systems and a large, multidisciplinary team of site supervisors and engineers.

The role demands extensive railway track experience, strong production, and proven leadership to deliver to schedule, safety standards and project specifications on a large-scale programme.

Qualifications

• Extensive railway track construction experience on major projects.
• Senior construction leadership with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience delivering safely, efficiently and per project schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage trackwork construction across the high-speed railway alignment.
• Lead ballasted and slab track construction.
• Coordinate track installation, alignment, tamping, welding and related activities.
• Plan construction works to milestones and interfaces.
• Direct ~20 site supervisors and engineers.
• Ensure compliance with methods, ITPs and specs.
• Monitor productivity, progress and quality; drive improvements.
