Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is assisting a client in Abu Dhabi to identify a Lead Technician who will serve as the technical authority for workshop and field maintenance activities. The role emphasizes safe, high-quality execution and strict adherence to client standards.

The incumbent will lead technicians, review methods, and coordinate with client representatives to ensure compliance with ADNOC and HSE regulations.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in industrial maintenance (oil & gas preferred).
• Strong technical background in mechanical / electrical / rotating equipment.
• Proven experience in supervision and team leadership.
• Familiarity with ADNOC standards, QA/QC procedures, and HSE regulations.
• Strong communication and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to manage both workshop and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and supervise jobs, manpower, and resources.
• Lead and guide technicians, ensuring proper execution of tasks.

• Monitor job progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions.
• Verify and approve completed jobs before submission to client.
• Support audits, inspections, and technical reporting.
