EDGE is seeking experienced System Test & Verification Engineers to support verification across the programme lifecycle in a regulated defence setting. You will work with systems engineering, software and hardware teams to ensure traceable verification of requirements and performance objectives.

Responsibilities include developing test strategies, executing complex test cases, and using automated tools for HMI, API, and network testing. Collaboration across disciplines is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of test and verification experience in defence communications, C4ISR, or mission-critical systems.
• Understanding of systems engineering and lifecycle processes.
• Experience designing and executing verification activities, including V&V methodologies, test planning, and complex test cases.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate technical issues clearly.
• Experience working in defence engineering environments.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain verification plans, strategies, and acceptance criteria (automated & manual) for Defence Communications and C2 systems.
• Analyze system/subsystem requirements to determine verification methods and maintain traceability.
• Develop and execute test cases across system, functional, interface, network, and performance testing.
• Support integration lab, factory, site, and operational acceptance activities.
• Record, analyze, and report test results and defects with formal documentation.
• Utilize automated tools for HMI, API, and network testing; manage defects.
