Job summary

Salt is seeking an experienced Lead Solution Architect to guide architecture across upstream oil and gas programs. You will oversee architecture governance, define standards, and ensure secure, scalable designs aligned with business needs.

You'll mentor senior architects, collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams, and drive architecture decisions that enable compliant, integrated solutions across ERP, SCADA and data platforms in a complex energy landscape.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with senior architecture leadership.
• Strong experience in upstream oil and gas architecture, ERP/SCADA, integration and data platforms.
• TOGAF certification or equivalent governance experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across upstream initiatives.
• Define architecture standards, principles and best practices.
• Review and approve high-level designs and key decisions.
• Lead and support Lead Architects and Domain Architects.
• Manage architecture governance, ensuring integration, security and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, vendors and IT operations.
