Job summary

Salt is partnering with a global consultancy to hire an experienced Lead Solution Architect to drive solution design and architecture governance across upstream oil and gas programs. You will lead the Solution Architecture Centre of Excellence and guide senior architects to deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

We have an engagement with a global consultancy who specialises in O amp G industry technology programs. We re looking for an experienced Lead Solution Architect to lead solution design and architecture governance across an upstream oil and gas environment. You ll oversee the Solution Architecture Centre of Excellence, guide senior architects and ensure solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with business needs.

What we re looking for:

• 10+ years of IT experience, including senior architecture leadership roles.
• Strong solution and enterprise architecture experience within upstream oil and gas.
• Broad technical knowledge across ERP, SCADA, upstream technologies, integration, digital and data platforms.
• Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and formal governance processes.
• Proven ability to lead senior architects and influence executive stakeholders.
• A relevant degree in Computer Science, Oil & Gas, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification is strongly preferred.
