Job summary

SteerAI in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to drive agile practices across autonomous vehicles, robotics, and AI initiatives. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure alignment among software, hardware, systems engineering, and product stakeholders.

You will coach teams in SAFe/Agile methods, manage backlogs and DoD/DoR, and promote continuous improvement, transparency, and delivery quality in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in autonomous systems, robotics, automotive, AI/ML, or other high-tech engineering environments.
• SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or other Agile certifications.
• Understanding of systems engineering processes, hardware/software integration, or testing/IVV workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to ensure alignment of agile practices, consistent implementation of frameworks, and smooth coordination across all teams (SAFe).
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide and coach the team on Agile/SAFe principles, ensuring consistent and effective implementation.
• Maintain team sprint boards, backlogs, and metrics to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Work closely with Product Owners to refine requirements, define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure readiness via DoR/DoD.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team collaboration, predictability, and delivery quality.
