Job summary

Luxoft in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Scrum Master to join the Development and Engineering arm of ITD. The role covers day-to-day project management, offshore delivery coordination, governance, and ongoing improvement of delivery practices, with a focus on AI automation for reporting, RAID, backlog insights, and workflow automation.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, scrum master, agile delivery, delivery coordination or programme support roles.
Strong understanding of tech delivery environments engaging with engineering, data, architecture, security and business teams.
Experience with data and engineering concepts, cloud platforms, data platforms, DevOps, APIs, data pipelines and SDLC.
Proficiency with delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and Power BI.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and ability to translate complex topics into clear business language.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day project management and people management in the offshore delivery center.
Manage delivery scope, timelines, project status reporting and other PM activities.
Lead introduction and enhancement of software development methodologies within the project.
