Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned SAP Data Migration Lead to own end-to-end data migration from Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA.

You will partner with DBAs and developers to profile, cleanse, and map legacy data into SAP structures, ensuring data quality across financial, SCM, and HR domains. Responsibilities include defining migration strategy, extracting legacy data, leading load cycles with SAP tools, and delivering automated reconciliation reports.

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years in Data Migration roles, with direct hands-on experience migrating data from Oracle EBS (R12) to SAP S/4HANA.
Strong SQL knowledge and familiarity with Oracle EBS underlying tables/modules (FIN, SCM, HCM).
Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA data structures and data mapping to master/transaction data.

Responsibilities

Data Strategy & Governance: Define migration strategy, profiling, cleansing, mapping and validation protocols.
Extraction & Cleansing: Work with Oracle DBAs to extract, profile, and clean legacy EBS data.
Load Automation: Lead data loading cycles using LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, or ADM.
Reconciliation & Quality: Establish automated reconciliation reports for migrated data.
Vendor Coordination: Align with System Integrator data team to validate target schemas and cutover readiness.
