Job summary

3i Infotech Limited in Dubai is seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration for a major transformation involving legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce. You will own migration strategy, governance, planning and execution, and collaborate with SAP/Salesforce partners and vendors to ensure data quality and successful cutover.

The role requires extensive experience in data profiling, cleansing, mapping, ETL, and data reconciliation, with strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Migration / ERP / CRM / Transformation.
• 5+ years leading enterprise data migration programs.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce migration experience.
• Expertise in Data Quality, STTM, ETL, Reconciliation, MDM and Cutover.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and advanced Excel/data analysis.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
