Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for a Finance Data & SAP Support Analyst to help transition from QuickBooks Desktop to SAP S/4HANA.

The role focuses on data preparation, validation, and UAT, acting as a bridge between local finance and the SAP implementation team. You will extract and clean financial data, map GL/vendors/customers, validate migrations, run UAT scenarios for AP, AR, GL, and support go-live.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in accounting or finance.
• Strong Excel and data handling skills.
• Experience with ERP systems migration (SAP experience mandatory).
• Exposure to system migration, testing, or reconciliations.
• Detail-oriented, structured and proactive.
• Able to communicate effectively with both finance and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and prepare financial data from QuickBooks.
• Perform data mapping (GL, vendors, customers, cost centers).
• Validate data before and after migration.
• Execute UAT scenarios across finance processes (AP, AR, GL).
• Identify issues and follow up with IT/SAP team for resolution.
• Reconcile balances and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Validate reports and system outputs post-migration.
• Support alignment between current processes and SAP workflows.
• Act as point of contact between local finance and central IT team.
• Document processes and testing scenarios.
• Support users during go-live and transition phase.
