Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. seeks a SAP Data Migration Lead in Dubai to drive end-to-end data migration programs. You will lead complex migrations from Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA, coordinate with IT, FI/CO, MM/SD teams and ensure data quality through profiling, cleansing and mapping.

The role requires 8+ years of experience in data migration, strong SQL/Oracle skills, and expertise with SAP Migration Cockpit and BODS. Dubai location offers a dynamic IT transformation environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Migration roles.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS (R12) to SAP S/4HANA migration.
• Strong SQL & Oracle Database knowledge.
• Understanding of Oracle EBS FIN, SCM & HCM data structures.
• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA data structures and migration objects.
• Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM).
• Experience with SAP BODS or equivalent data migration/transformation tools.
• Strong data profiling, cleansing, mapping, validation & reconciliation.
• Experience handling mock loads, cutover loads & migration readiness.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively across technical, functional and business teams.

Responsibilities
