Job summary

ADNOC Group in United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead maintenance and reliability efforts for rotating equipment in our complex industrial plant. The role involves supervising maintenance activities, planning preventive programs, and ensuring compliance with international standards to maximize uptime and safety.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
8 years of experience in engineering and maintenance of rotating equipment.
Experience in oil and gas industry.
Familiarity with international design codes and standards.
Ability to prepare design, procurement, construction, commissioning and hand-over specification packages for rotating equipment.

Responsibilities

Supervise installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting and modification of rotating equipment.
Review preventive maintenance plans and supervise execution of maintenance programmes.
Provide guidance on actions for chronic problems and major repair/spares requirements.
Participate in risk assessments and propose mitigations.
Ensure availability of spares and manage stocking proposals for new equipment.
