Job summary

Confidential seeks a Research Intelligence Manager to lead qualitative research initiatives across multiple business units in Dubai. You will translate findings into actionable recommendations, partnering with senior stakeholders to address business challenges and identify opportunities.

The role emphasizes qualitative methods, stakeholder engagement, and external agency management to ensure timely, high-quality insights that inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences, Analytics.
• 5–8 years of consumer insights, market research or related consulting.
• Strong expertise in qualitative research methodologies: focus groups, interviews, moderation, thematic analysis.
• Solid understanding of quantitative research and cross-source integration.
• Experience managing research projects, external agencies and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative research initiatives across business units, ensuring relevance to priorities.
• Manage end-to-end research programs from design to insights delivery.
• Conduct market and consumer intelligence to spot opportunities and trends.
• Interpret qualitative data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to set objectives and close knowledge gaps.
• Brief external agencies, oversee methodologies, and monitor timelines and budgets.
• Present findings through reports and executive-level insight narratives.
