Job summary

Kantar in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an experienced Director of Qualitative Research to head the Qualitative department. You will turn complex puzzles into clear pictures by collecting, researching and analysing data to uncover patterns and guide smarter business decisions.

You will lead multiple qualitative projects, manage a team of 10, and oversee client partnerships while delivering insightful reports and dashboards in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in qualitative research and data interpretation at a senior level.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills with qualitative data.
• Excellent client partnership and ability to manage clients expectations.
• Ability to manage projects and mentor team members.
• Skilled in developing reports dashboards and actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and relations management abilities.

Responsibilities
