Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced QC Manager to oversee quality control operations at its flour milling facility located between Ajman and Sharjah. The ideal candidate will implement rigorous QC procedures, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and lead a team to maintain top quality products.

The role requires strong leadership, QA program development, and audits to drive continuous improvement in a well-established organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a quality control/quality management role at managerial level.
• At least 5 years' experience in the flour milling industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Control department within the flour milling operation.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control and quality assurance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry quality standards.
• Supervise and mentor the QC team while maintaining operational excellence.
• Conduct quality inspections, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
