Job summary

Basatin Landscaping SPLLC is seeking a QA/QC Engineer (Landscaping) to lead quality assurance on landscaping projects, including softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and soil preparation, ensuring compliance with project specs and environmental standards.

The role focuses on inspections, audits, documentation, and continuous improvement, coordinating with contractors and suppliers to prevent defects and promote sustainable practices on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture or related field.
• Diploma in Landscape Engineering or Construction Management may be considered with relevant experience.
• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in landscaping, civil, or construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, guidelines, and checklists for landscaping projects.
• Perform on-site inspections and testing to verify quality of materials and workmanship.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, NCRs, and root-cause analyses.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
• Provide training and drive continuous improvement in quality practices.
