Job summary

EDGE Group PJSC in Abu Dhabi seeks an accomplished Project Manager to coordinate development plans, manage cross-functional interfaces, and drive large-scale projects from concept to execution readiness.

The role requires strong PM skills, procurement and contract coordination experience, and a proven ability to navigate regulatory environments with attention to detail and budget discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level non-technical or technical degree with business acumen.
• 8+ years in project development, management, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating multiple corporate departments and external stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of planning, budgeting, risk management, procurement, and contracts.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project development plans with objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and approvals.
• Lead projects through development lifecycle from concept to execution readiness.
• Translate requirements into briefs, business cases, scopes of work and measurable deliverables.
• Act as primary coordination interface between Operations, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Facilities, IT, Security, HSE, consultants, and others.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and management reviews to align requirements and decisions.
• Coordinate feasibility assessments, preliminary budgets, schedules, risk assessments and execution strategies.
• Prepare and present progress, recommendations, risks, issues, and decisions to senior leadership.
• Support contract development and procurement with scope clarifications, evaluations, and awards.
• Coordinate and monitor operations consultants and third-party providers during development stage.
• Maintain project records and confirm readiness before handover to delivery team.
• Demonstrate strong PM capabilities in large-scale development projects.
• Show experience in contract management and collaboration with legal teams.
