Job summary

Penspen Ltd in Abu Dhabi is seeking a PMC Lead Project Engineer to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and technical interfaces throughout the project lifecycle. You will support the Project Manager in delivering the project safely and within scope, schedule, cost and quality targets.

• Monitor engineering deliverables, milestones and risks; resolve critical issues.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, Operations and Penspen stakeholders.
• Support scope definition, technical evaluations, changes and constructability reviews.
• Drive resolution of engineering and site issues affecting execution.
• Support long-lead item coordination and procurement priorities.
• Ensure alignment with HSE, quality and project governance requirements.
• Support Project Manager with performance monitoring, reporting and risk management.
• Lead tendering works in a technical prospective.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Lead multidisciplinary technical integration and interface management.
• Monitor engineering deliverables, project milestones and technical risks, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, Operations and COMPANY stakeholders.
• Support scope definition, technical evaluations, changes and constructability reviews.
• Drive resolution of engineering, site and interface issues affecting project execution.
• Support long-lead item coordination, technical document approvals and procurement priorities.
• Ensure alignment with HSE, quality, technical assurance and applicable project governance requirements.
• Support the Project Manager with project performance monitoring, reporting, risk management and management decision requirements.
• Lead Tendering works in technical prospective.

Requirements

• Overall 15+ years of experience &Minimum 5 years of PMC experience in a lead position.
• Experience delivering mega project through its full lifecycle.
• Thorough familiarity with ADNOC GVAP requirements, quality assurance, and project assurance.
