Penspen Ltd in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Lead Piping Engineer to support a major upstream Oil & Gas project in the UAE. The role focuses on providing specialist piping engineering input, reviewing EPC contractor deliverables, and ensuring compliance with project specs, international codes, and ADNOC standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 18+ years of piping experience in oil and gas, with strong FEED, concept, design, and detail

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
18+ years of piping engineering experience in oil & gas.
Experience in upstream oil & gas projects, preferably gas processing.
Experience with FEED, concept study, design & detail engineering.
Past PMC environment experience.
Experience with ADNOC projects and standards.
Strong knowledge of ASME B31.3, piping materials, pipe classes, piping layout and design practices.
Experience with sour service / H2S facilities is an advantage.

Lead Piping Engineer – PMC

Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Lead Piping Engineer to support a major upstream Oil & Gas project in Abu Dhabi. The role will be responsible for providing specialist piping engineering support, reviewing EPC contractor deliverables, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, international codes, and ADNOC standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
18+ years of relevant Oil & Gas piping engineering experience.
Strong experience in upstream Oil & Gas projects, preferably gas processing, gas treatment, EPF or similar facilities.
Strong experience in FEED, Concept study, design & detail Engineering.
Past experience in PMC environment.
Experience with ADNOC projects and standards.
Strong knowledge of ASME B31.3, piping materials, pipe classes, piping layout and design practices.
Experience with sour service / H₂S facilities and associated material requirements is an advantage.
