Job summary

Duncan & Ross Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead and manage project controls for FEED and subsequent phases in Oil & Gas and Marine Onshore projects in the GCC.

You will oversee planning, scheduling, progress measurement, cost control, forecasting, reporting, deliverables control, risk and change management, and project close-out activities, coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of project controls experience.
• Experience with reputable EPC and/or PMC organizations.
• Strong Oil & Gas and Marine Onshore GCC project experience.
• Engineering background preferred.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary Project Controls teams.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, progress measurement, cost control, forecasting, reporting, risk & change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall Project Controls function across FEED and subsequent project phases.
• Develop and maintain project planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and reporting systems.
• Manage project cost control, forecasting, budget monitoring, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commercial, and Project Management teams to monitor project performance.
• Establish and monitor project baselines, milestones, schedules, progress, and KPIs.
• Ensure timely and accurate project progress reports, dashboards, forecasts, and management reports.
• Monitor project deliverables and alignment with schedules and objectives.
• Identify risks and support mitigation and recovery actions.
• Lead multidisciplinary Project Controls teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
