EDGE in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Product Manager for the P220i Engine Programme. You will own the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, with responsibilities spanning technical decisions, roadmap ownership, and commercial stewardship.

You will manage Italy-based development and manufacturing partnerships, drive industrialisation, and oversee integration interfaces for MALE-class deployment. A high-value, high-capital product requires strong leadership and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of a complex engine/powertrain product through development, qualification, and delivery.
• Strong commercial acumen on high-value, capital-intensive products.
• Experience managing development/manufacturing partnerships or joint ventures, ideally cross-border.
• Proven ability to define and manage complex requirements and interfaces.
• Ability to lead RFQ/SOWs, quotations, and negotiations with BD support.

Responsabilités

• Be the final technical and commercial decision-maker for the P220i across its lifecycle.
• Own the product roadmap, baseline, requirements, and change control.
• Own the business case, pricing, margin, and capital intensity.
• Manage Italy-based development and manufacturing partnership; oversee milestones.
• Drive industrialisation and on-site presence during development and build.
• Define engine requirements and interfaces for MALE-class integration.
• Drive architecture decisions for heavy-fuel system, EFI/ECU, redundancy.
• Own master schedule, risk register, and gate/milestone delivery.
• Lead RFQ/SOW, quotations, and negotiations with BD support.
