Job summary

Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and performance of the Mobile App portfolio. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer-facing mobile experiences, partnering with technology, UX, analytics, and business stakeholders to drive data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of product management experience, incl. 5+ years with mobile apps at scale.
• Proven success launching customer-facing mobile apps on iOS/Android.
• Strong understanding of mobile ecosystems, journeys, analytics, UX, and experimentation.
• Experience with native or cross‑platform mobile development (Flutter/React Native).
• Demonstrated ability to define strategy, prioritise roadmaps, and deliver outcomes.
• Airline/travel industry experience preferred.
• Experience in Agile environments (SAFe/Scrum).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Etihad's mobile apps.
• Own end‑to‑end lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver scalable mobile experiences.
• Drive Agile product delivery with prioritisation, dependencies, risks, and releases.
• Leverage insights, analytics, market trends, and benchmarking to guide decisions.
• Monitor KPIs, adoption, engagement and feedback to improve the mobile experience.
• Manage third‑party vendors and partners to ensure delivery and operational excellence.
• Be the voice of the customer, balancing user needs with business and technical constraints.
