Job summary

Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and performance of the Mobile App portfolio. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer-facing mobile experiences, partnering with technology, UX, analytics, and business stakeholders to drive data-driven improvements.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of product management experience, incl. 5+ years with mobile apps at scale.
• Proven success launching customer-facing mobile apps on iOS/Android.
• Strong understanding of mobile ecosystems, journeys, analytics, UX, and experimentation.
• Experience with native or cross‑platform mobile development (Flutter/React Native).
• Demonstrated ability to define strategy, prioritise roadmaps, and deliver outcomes.
• Airline/travel industry experience preferred.
• Experience in Agile environments (SAFe/Scrum).

Synopsis

Responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and performance of Etihad's Mobile App portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, Digital, the role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle of customer-facing mobile experiences, partnering closely with technology, UX, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and commercial outcomes.

Accountabilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Etihad's mobile applications.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and optimization.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-performing mobile experiences.
• Drive Agile product delivery, managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and release planning.
• Leverage customer insights, analytics, market trends, and competitive benchmarking to inform product decisions.
• Monitor product KPIs, adoption, engagement, and customer feedback to continuously improve the mobile experience.
• Manage third-party vendors and technology partners to ensure successful product delivery and operational excellence.
• Act as the voice of the customer, balancing user needs with business objectives and technical considerations.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years managing mobile app products at scale.
• Proven success launching and growing customer-facing mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems, customer journeys, app analytics, mobile UX, and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience working with mobile development teams using native (iOS, Android) and/or cross-platform technologies such as Flutter or React Native.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Airline or travel industry experience is required.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience working within Agile environments, including SAFe and Scrum.
