Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Management for MPGS to drive gateway core processing initiatives across Domestic and International rails. The role requires translating market needs into scalable solutions, leading cross-functional collaboration, and shaping regional product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap development, prioritization, and execution for Gateway Core Processing.
• Prioritize product development initiatives in line with strategy and demand.
• Design and conduct user and market research to identify pain points and growth opportunities.
• Ensure alignment between business priorities, customer outcomes, and delivery objectives.
• Oversee the creation of clear, high-quality technical and business requirements.
• Drive go-to-market planning, commercialization, and adoption of new capabilities.
• Build trusted relationships with regional teams, customers, partners, and delivery functions.
