Job description

Team: Consumer Product

Location: Dubai, UAE (Work from Office)

Experience: 6+ years

About noon

noon is the Middle East’s own e-commerce company. We were built here, for the people who live here, and we are building what shopping in this region should look like.

We move fast. We try things, we get some of them wrong, we learn, and we try again. We are looking for people who want to work that way, who take ownership, and who want their work seen by millions of customers.

What you’ll do

We ship a lot of new features. Some find their customers on their own. Many do not, and that is where you come in. Half the job is planning the launch. The other half is energy: making the work our product teams do feel exciting to the outside world.

  • Plan the product launches. Decide what we say about each launch, who it is aimed at, which channels carry it, and how we will measure whether it worked.
  • Curate the campaigns. Own how the product is presented to customers across social, in-app, owned media and on ground, and keep the story consistent everywhere it appears.
  • Define the reach strategy. Work with growth and commercial teams to widen coverage, so every feature reaches the largest relevant set of products, customers and markets.
  • Own the adoption. Work with product managers to make sure a launch lands well with every type of customer, and keep iterating to improve performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends. Track what is gaining attention in the region and in the category, and turn the moments that matter into launch opportunities quickly.
  • Market all parts of the product. Not just the feature itself. The business and growth side of the product has to be showcased just as well for it to win.
What you’ll need
  • 6+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, brand, or social, ideally in e-commerce, a marketplace, or a consumer app.
  • MBA or BTech from Tier 1 colleges will be preferred.
  • Launches you have run yourself, and the numbers to show what they achieved.
  • Proof that you can make things, not only manage them. Show us content, videos, posts, or activations you personally put together.
  • Properly social native. You know how content travels on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, X, and WhatsApp, and what makes people share it. Comfort with AI tools for writing, images, and video, and the judgement to know when the output is good enough to carry our name.
  • A good feel for the product, and the credibility to work as an equal with product managers rather than picking things up at the end.
Who will excel?

Taste and speed, in one person.

  • You can spot the idea that will travel. And make a rough version of it yourself the same day, rather than waiting three weeks for someone else to.
  • And still be honest about the numbers. A launch that felt great and moved nothing is a launch that did not work. We would rather hear that from you than find it ourselves.
  • You care that a feature feels like something. Not only that it is live. If you have ever seen a launch and thought we could have made that a lot more fun, this role is for you.
Come & help us make our products reach their full potential.
