Job summary

Petrofac in the United Arab Emirates invites a seasoned Senior Preservation Engineer to lead preservation during construction and commissioning. Implement procedures, monitor KPI, and coordinate with site teams and vendors for a safe, compliant project.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and extensive oil & gas preservation experience across multiple sites, with strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and communications skills.
• Experience in direct hire construction with an international E&C company including at least 5+ site experience in the oil & gas industry handling preservation.
• Has knowledge and experience to independently perform, solve complex issues and provide guidance.
• Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Take accountability for the whole preservation tasks and activities.
• Implement the Project preservation program throughout construction and commissioning.
• Lead preservation engineers on site to ensure effective monitoring.
• Gather preservation data for status reporting to project management.
