Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience managing and executing projects in power plants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale projects related to static equipment, boilers, desalination systems, and storage tanks.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Create detailed schedules and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Oversee budgets, track expenses, and implement cost controls to keep projects within financial constraints.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and changes to stakeholders regularly.
• Provide guidance on design, installation, and maintenance of equipment; collaborate with engineering teams for safety compliance.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; conduct regular risk assessments.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements; implement inspections.
• Lead and mentor project teams, conduct performance evaluations, and foster continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes.
