Job summary

GINCO ELECTROMECHANICAL CONTRACTING (L.L.C.) on-site Plumbing Team Lead role in Dubai requires leadership of plumbing crews, ensuring safety and adherence to local standards while coordinating with main contractors and consultants for smooth project execution.

The role includes developing schedules, mentoring junior plumbers, addressing issues promptly, and preparing daily progress reports for engineers. Candidates with UAE villa/community project experience will have an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 Year UAE Experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Villa/Community project will be an advantage.

• Lead and coordinate plumbing teams on-site ensuring all adhere to safety standards and plumbing standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules allocating resources effectively to meet project program and deadlines.
• Facilitate communication between main contractor and consultant to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior plumbers enhancing their skills and knowledge.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues promptly minimizing project delays and client dissatisfaction.
• Prepare daily reports work program and progress report for engineer review.
• Conduct regular inspections of plumbing installations to ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards.
