Job summary

Client of Dynamic Staffing Solutions is seeking a Piping Foreman to oversee welding activities on a project site in Abu Dhabi. You will supervise welders and crews, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet schedule.

You will ensure welding works comply with approved drawings, WPS, codes, and standards; verify welder qualifications, coordinate with engineers and inspectors, and maintain safety and quality records on daily logs.

Qualifications

• ITI DIPLOMA holder
• Strong experience and knowledge with all welding processes

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead welders and welding crews on-siteAssign daily tasks and monitor work progress.
• Ensure welding activities comply with approved drawings, WPS, codes, and standards.
• Verify welders qualifications and proper use of welding proceduresCoordinate with engineers, inspectors, and project management.
• Inspect completed welds and address non-conformances.
• Ensure availability and proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Maintain welding records, reports, and daily progress logs.
• Train and mentor welders to improve skill and performance.
