Job summary

KBR, Inc. in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Lead Piping Engineer for an Offshore Island Project, based in Abu Dhabi with relocation to Spain and back. You will lead piping design, manage engineers, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across FEED, Detailed Design, EPC, and construction phases.

The role emphasizes offshore platforms, subsea interfaces, and liaison with ADNOC and contractors to deliver reliable piping systems on complex offshore assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in Mechanical or piping engineering preferred.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or PE advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead piping engineering and layout activities for offshore projects.
• Supervise a team of Piping Engineers, Designers and Draftsmen.
• Coordinate with ADNOC, EPC contractors and vendors to ensure requirements are met.
• Review and approve PMS, Line Lists, Isometrics, Valve Lists, MTOs.
• Provide engineering support during fabrication, construction and offshore hook‑ups.
