Job summary

KBR Corporate – Inhouse Engineering in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Piping Engineer (Offshore) to lead piping design, stress analysis, and deliverables for offshore projects. The role requires traveling to ADNOC offshore sites on rotation, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, and mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in concept, FEED and detail engineering for oil & gas offshore projects.
• Experience with offshore facilities, greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Familiarity with ASME B31.3, ASTM, API, NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 and related codes.

Responsibilities

• Engineering design of piping systems, supports, routing, isometrics, stress analyses and related components.
• Develop and review piping design bases, materials specs, datasheets and technical bid evaluations.
• Perform piping stress analyses, thermal expansion, routing optimization, vibration considerations.
• Ensure compliance with codes and project requirements; review technical deliverables (isometrics, P&IDs, BOMs).
• Provide in-depth technical support for material selection (metallic, GRE, HDPE) and vendor qualification.
