Qualifications

• DHA-registered and licensed to practice in Dubai.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Dubai-based pharmacies.
• Strong patient-focused service with loyalty-building.
• Experience leading and developing pharmacy technicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Run the pharmacy day to day as lead, primary pharmacist.
• Direct patient interactions: advise, guide and build relationships.
• Own the patient experience from in-store service to delivery.
• Dispense accurately and maintain DHA compliance with SOPs.
• Shape the product range, stock, and supplier relationships.
