Job summary

True Med Pharmacy CO LLC in Dubai seeks a Lead Pharmacist to run the pharmacy day to day as the primary pharmacist. You will have full backing to optimise the pharmacy, product range and patient offering, building strong patient relationships and delivering clinical care.

The role emphasizes leadership of a growing, tech-enabled health and longevity focused pharmacy with visa sponsorship and a path to progression. On-site six days a week, with long shifts and strong patient care responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Dubai resident with Emirates ID and UAE residency.
• DHA-registered and licensed to practice in Dubai.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in Dubai-based pharmacies.
• Direct Dubai pharmacy experience with verifiable references.
• Service-focused approach with proven patient care.
• Strong knowledge of OTC, supplements and wellness.
• Strong commercial and clinical sense for product range and pricing.
• Experience leading and developing pharmacy technicians.
• Proficient with pharmacy software, POS and dispensing systems.
• Solid grounding in dispensing, DHA compliance and SOPs.
• Excellent spoken English and patient-facing communication.
• Experience managing a pharmacy floor and team.

Responsibilities

• Run the pharmacy day to day as Lead Pharmacist with full ownership.
• Advise patients directly and build real relationships.
• Own the patient experience from in-store access to delivery.
• Dispense accurately and ensure DHA compliance with SOPs.
• Recommend products across OTC, supplements, and wellness.
• Shape product range, stock and supplier relationships with management support.
• Support weight management and clinic partnerships.
• Mentor technicians and lead hiring of the team.
• Build supplier and insurance relationships.
