True Med Pharmacy CO LLC, based in Dubai, seeks a lead pharmacist to run day-to-day operations and shape patient services. You will lead the pharmacy team, implement SOPs, and ensure DHA compliance while delivering high-quality patient care.

Formación

• Dubai-based pharmacist with 3–5 years experience in Dubai pharmacies.
• DHA-registered and licensed to practise in Dubai.
• Currently living in Dubai with Emirates ID.
• Strong customer service orientation and English communication.
• Experience leading pharmacy technicians and hiring.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations as the primary pharmacist.
• Mentor technicians and lead hiring as the team grows.
• Optimize product range and patient offering with management support.
• Build relationships with patients, suppliers and clinic partners.
