Job summary

ADNOC Group seeks a Senior HSE professional to lead development and implementation of Personal Safety, Work Management System (WMS) and High Risk Transportation (HRT) standards across Al Dhafra Petroleum and Al Yasat Petroleum in collaboration with site personnel. The role covers safe systems of work for onshore and offshore facilities, driving safety culture and compliance with ADNOC manuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with HSE related specialization.
• 3+ years in Safety (HSE) management functions in oil & gas.
• Professional safety certifications are preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of Personal Safety, WMS and HRT standards for both companies.
• Act as focal point for Personal Safety, WMS and Transportation Safety disciplines.
• Provide compliance and assurance services across both companies.
• Assess permit to work controls, JSA, energy isolation and safety precautions.
• Advise on safety standards and mentor UAE Nationals.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for safety disciplines.
• Lead incident reviews and ensure lessons are cascaded across companies.
