Job summary

Al Yasat is seeking a Safety (HSE) lead to develop and implement Personal Safety, Work Management System (WMS) and High Risk Transportation standards across Al Dhafra and Al Yasat sites. You will align with ADNOC practices and drive continuous safety improvements to protect personnel and assets.

The role covers onshore and offshore facilities, with responsibility for governance, training and contractor safety, reporting and KPI development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with HSE specialization.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Safety (HSE) management.
• Professional safety certifications from international bodies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of Personal Safety, WMS and HRT requirements.
• Coordinate safety programs across Al Dhafra Petroleum and Al Yasat Petroleum sites.
• Monitor safety performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead incident reviews and share lessons learned across both companies.
