Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of post-fellowship experience in pediatric cardiac surgery.
• Proven track record of successful surgical outcomes in high-volume pediatric cardiac centres.
• Active DHA licence or eligibility for Dubai Health Authority consultant licensure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex pediatric cardiac surgeries including open-heart procedures.
• Manage post-operative care in coordination with ICU teams.
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors and clinical team members.
