Qualifications

• Minimum 5‑10 years of post‑fellowship experience.
• Proven expertise in complex paediatric cardiac surgeries.

• Experience in high‑volume or GCC healthcare settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex paediatric cardiac surgeries including open‑heart procedures.
• Provide comprehensive pre‑operative and post‑operative care including ICU management.
• Collaborate with paediatric cardiologists, anesthetists, and intensivists.
• Participate in emergency surgeries and on‑call rotations.
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and fellows.
• Contribute to research, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate medical records in line with hospital standards.
