Saudi Arabia Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join its advanced surgical and critical care team. The role focuses on safe anesthesia for pediatric patients across a wide range of procedures and includes teaching, research, and governance contributions.

Responsibilities include developing perioperative plans, supervising junior staff, and participating in pediatric code blue and quality initiatives, while ensuring compliance with SCFHS regulations.

Qualifications

• Medical degree MBBS or equivalent and residency in anesthesiology.
• Fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology from a recognized institution.
• Board certification (American/UK/Canadian or equivalent).
• SCFHS consultant eligibility or equivalent recognition.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care to neonates, infants, children, and adolescents.
• Develop individualized anesthetic plans based on history and surgical needs.
• Monitor and manage perioperative patients including recovery.
• Supervise and mentor junior anesthetists, residents, and fellows.
• Participate in pediatric code blue and critical care response teams.
• Contribute to teaching, simulation training, and quality improvement.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
• Engage in clinical research and continuing medical education.
