Job summary

DEAL Holdings in the UAE seeks a commercially strong Senior Pastry Sous Chef – Cake & Sweet Bakery to lead development, production, finishing and quality of premium cakes across our multi-brand F&B portfolio. You will manage end‑to‑end cake production, scale operations, ensure costed, repeatable recipes, and uphold premium presentation across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 6–9+ years pastry experience in premium environments.
• Senior pastry leadership experience (Senior CDP/Executive/Head Pastry)
• Strong end‑to‑end cake production expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, production, decoration, and quality of premium cakes across multi-brand portfolio.
• Develop, cost, standardise recipes for permanent menus and seasonal ranges.
• Standardise SOPs for mixing, baking, cooling, finishing, packing and labelling.
• Coach and supervise pastry team, plan workflow and training, ensure output targets.
• Maintain HACCP, food safety, allergen control, and kitchen compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Brand and Procurement to improve durability and display.
