NMC Healthcare is seeking a Manager for Outpatient Rehabilitation Services in Abu Dhabi to provide leadership to Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists. You will align service delivery with DOH guidelines, oversee staffing, performance appraisals and training, and drive continuous service improvement.

Qualificações

Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology.
Minimum 8+ years clinical experience with leadership exposure.
Management experience or team lead/senior therapist background.
Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Lead and manage the outpatient rehabilitation team to deliver evidence-based care.
Oversee recruitment, supervision, appraisal and staff development.
Ensure accurate documentation, reports and administrative tasks.
Monitor referrals, approvals, assessments, interventions and discharges.
Develop KPIs and monitor service delivery against targets.
Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and ensure compliance with DOH standards.
