SEHA in Abu Dhabi seeks a qualified Occupational Therapist to lead and deliver patient-centered rehabilitation services under supervision as needed. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate therapy programs to meet diverse patient needs across the facility.

The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate records, staying current with clinical guidelines, and participating in CPD. Travel for treatment and home-occupational therapy may be required.

Qualifications

• BSc or accredited Diploma in OT with current license.
• National or international OT membership required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise junior staff and ensure compliance with rules and policies.
• Maintain inventory of materials and equipment; report shortages.
• Assess patients' physical, psychological and social needs; design care plans.
• Conduct client-centered assessments and interventions.
• Develop discharge plans and coordinate ongoing care.
