Job summary

Abu Dhabi Health Services Company- SEHA - شركة أبوظبي للخدمات الصحية - صحة seeks a Female Occupational Therapist to join the clinical team. You will assess patients, develop individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to promote independence and safe discharge.

Applicants must hold a BSc in Occupational Therapy (or an accredited Diploma) with current national license or international membership, and pursue ongoing professional development as per policy.

Qualifications

• Female
• BSc in Occupational Therapy; or Graduate from an accredited Diploma course in Occupational Therapy (NLT 3 Years syllabus) AND Current National License or membership in a recognized international agency
• Master's in relevant clinical related field. (will reduce 1 year from the required years of experience)

Responsibilities

• Supervising junior staff and ensuring abidance to rules and policies
• Maintaining materials and equipment inventory for performance of duties
• Undertaking comprehensive patient assessments and formulating individualized care plans
• Carrying out client-centered assessments and interventions
• Developing discharge plans and coordinating with other professionals
• Documenting interventions and maintaining records per policy
• Ensuring safety, infection control and quality standards are followed

Education

BSc in Occupational Therapy; or Graduate from an accredited Diploma course in Occupational Therapy (NLT 3 Years syllabus)
