SEHA - Abu Dhabi Health Services Co. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to independently conduct and supervise therapy operations in line with professional standards.

The role involves comprehensive patient assessments, development of individualized care plans, and collaboration with senior therapists to ensure high-quality rehabilitation services. The candidate will supervise junior staff, manage resources, and maintain documentation while upholding safety and infection control guidelines.

Qualificações

• Female
• BSc in Occupational Therapy; or graduate from an accredited Diploma course in Occupational Therapy (NLT 3 Years syllabus) AND Current National License or membership in a recognized international agency
• Master's in relevant clinical related field (will reduce 1 year of experience)

Responsabilidades

• Supervising junior staff and ensuring adherence to rules and policies
• Maintaining inventory of materials and equipment for therapy
• Assessing patients and formulating individualized care plans
• Delivering client-centered and occupation-focused assessments and interventions
• Managing referrals, screenings, prioritizations, and intervention plans
• Ensuring patient safety and confidentiality
• Developing discharge plans and coordinating with other professionals
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with policies
• Complying with safety, infection control, and quality assurance policies
• Promoting quality improvement and staff development

Formação académica

BSc in Occupational Therapy

Diploma in Occupational Therapy

Current National License or international agency membership

Master's in relevant field (desirable)
