Job summary

BuildWell HR Solutions seeks a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor / Sr. AC Technician to lead our Dubai facilities team, overseeing daily maintenance and AC/MEP tasks across residential villas and apartments.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years UAE experience in AC and MEP services, supervisory exposure, and a customer-focused attitude. On-site role with a UAE driving license is preferred, with AMC obligations and emergency responses.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years UAE experience in AC maintenance and MEP services.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in residential villas and apartment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform AC servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and ensure quality workmanship.
• Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Manage daily maintenance activities and technician assignments.
• Diagnose AC, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Prepare technical inspection reports and material requirements.
• Assist in preparing maintenance quotations.
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests.
• Attend emergency maintenance call-outs when required.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance for AMC clients.
